Stock pulley will have two marks -- a v-notch on the rim nearest the
engine, and a broader circular notch on the second rim.  The circular one
is TDC and the other is set to the timing spec for that
engine.  Replacement pulleys have only the circular notch since it's not
known where they're going.  The v-notch on a 2.1l should be 7.5 mm to the
right of the center of the TDC mark (Bentley 13.33) to give 5 degreees BTDC.

While watching with a timing light, the timing marks will appear to move to
the left as you advance the timing.  You can remember this by the placement
of the two marks -- if the TDC mark is lined up, it will have to move to
the left to line up the 5 BTDC mark.
