Interestingly, here in Hawaii, where billboards have been illegal since
forever, there is one company (AFAIK) that pays people to put their name on
the side of their car.  Oddly enough it's  Honolulu VW dealer!  Naturally
they will only allow brand new VW's to be "signed" (posted?).  And I think
they only pay $100.  In terms of our list, kind of ironic, eh?
