I just wanted to say that I have dealt on two occasions with Chris Turner and was completely satisfied both times. I also find Chris is often posting helpful advice to the list. I guess nobodys perfect but Chris is IN MY OPINION an asset to the list. I also recognize problems occur and these can usually be worked out by through cooperative communication. If Chris charged $7 for shipping isn't he due a small charge for his time for packing and the time & trouble of actually doing the mailing. $7 seems more than fair to me.
