I've mentioned this to others on the list by p-mail: If you live in a fairly large population center that has *any* kind of racing community, there are wheel manufacturers locally. Just go to the local race track and ask around in the pits. Someone will know the guy's name. Probably a 'backyard' operation. That's how Jackman and the like started.
