Andrew, Are you aware of the factory recommended belt change intervals? Every 40,000 miles you are suppose to get them rubber bands changed. Yea, and I already have heard the stories--" I've gone 90,000 miles on the original timing belt !" This kind of malarky is just insanity. I know that no one follows factory specs, just like the oil change intervals, etc. but it is a procedure that I myself, will eliminate from my already busy schedule, maintaining my maintenance hungry Kraut vehicles. There is no free lunch, and even the oriental garbage, has their quirks, and demands. And wait till you get to the parts counter for stuff for that Subie !--------- Be sure to ask for an additional tube of Preparation -H !! :>) ______________ |[ ] [ ] [ ]\ | | | | ||-(())----(())-|
