I was on my way back up from Long Beach Island,NJ on Sat. which is about 40 min south of my house. I was at mile marker 81.1(my exit 82) and all of a sudden i lose power. I coast over to the shoulder and luckily my girlfriend has AAA. Cost me only 35.00 to tow it to my house(she will get my $ back) and then my buddy came and looked underneath to see that one of the pressurized gas lines had a leak when he played w/it. He is going to replace the line w/ a pressurized one on Wed. along with a new fuel filter. My question is this: Would that leak cause me to lose all power? or is the evil Vanagon voodoo doctor getting back at me for not using my van except maybe for about 2 times a month locally? Previously, i think a basic fuel line was used and i also think he said it is leaking before it gets to the fuel pump, if these tidbits of info help. Anyone feel free to offer tips?
