Chris has said his piece, nicely I might add. Chris, thanks for not digging into people further, that's what this list, and the VW hobby is about. Helping people who love the hobby, and contact of others who share and enjoy the same mode of transportation! THAT'S ALL. Business people who offer services, are that, business people first, and VW enthusiasts second. Give them a break! If I wanted to have a new Westy, (if I could afford it) I'd get one. Keeping mine going is a lot of what makes it the special vehicle that it is. Finding those parts, and at a fair price is also part of the fun. Expecting something, without the communication about exactly what you're getting is unfair. Also a lesson to those who have never done business at a distance. Ask the questions, and 99.9% of the time, you'll get the answer. Don't like the answer, don't buy it! Simple. Good for you Chris for adding your side of the story, and thanks for caring enough to respond. Sounds like your the type of VW person I'd do business with. as always.... my 2 cents, and i'm sure not the last.... Brian Waz
