I agree with Donna on this. Vanagons seems to thrive on regular use & distance driving. The PO of my beloved '85, tho he kept the van looking like new inside & out, put 194,000 primarily distance driving miles on her before I bought her eighteen months ago. Get those Westys out of mothballs! Phaedra <snip> Knock on wood - 1987 I bought new towed zero in however many years/125,000 miles. Only one major tuneup; smog test flawless.
