Means your injectors will be pushing about one-fourth more fuel than they should -- Volume is roughly proportional to pressure x time. The ECU will try to shorten the injector pulses to compensate (*if* your lambda sensor is working) but very likely that much extra is beyond its range of compensation.

That pressure needs to be right on for things to work correctly...you have little choice but to replace the regulator.
