How about in the back of a double cab - almost inside of a Vanagon.

- Three complete 2.0L engines - say 1000 to 1200 lbs

or

- 1 Pallet of paper - 2000+ lbs (move it three blocks though)

or

- 1 load of lumber for my addition - don't know the exact weight... but it was heavy.

I do notice if there is some weight back there it does drive a lot better - less bouncy on the bumps.

What did the fridge sell for?

I just moved a 1950's fridge I sold on eBay (no I haven't learned my leson yet) to the freight forwarder inside my westy. It was 62"x34"x33"... so large in fact that I had to remove the rear cushion and unscrew and remove the Z-bed to get it in. Total weight was 535lbs. Do I have a record? I doubt it... what is the biggest, heaviest, or most bulky item you've carried inside your van?
