Subject: starting problem

Hello volks,

I have been experiencing a starting problem. The vehicle will start and die immediately usually two to three times before it will continue to run.

This happens nearly every time... no foot on the accelerator... cold or warm. I am presently running without the O2 sensor hooked up do to hessitation problems during acceleration.. I think that can be atributed to a bad temp 2 sensor (it was running rich also and I had already checked the idle switch which was working fine)

This starting problem existed prior to unhooking the O2 sensor and has not improved or worsened as a result. Aside from this the engine runs excellent..(thank you Bob Donald..!)

Thank you for advise.. Don
