Chris,

Replace the hose to the expansion tank, and while you're at it, the other

hoses to the gas tank while you have the gas tank out.  Hope no one's smoking
next to you the next time gas is pouring out, or no wires by the tank short
while you're driving!

I filled up my tank the other day and after I checked the oil noticed the

tank took 16 gallons!  I looked under and gas was spilling out the bottom.
I reached my hand to the vent lines and the gas was wet on the vent lines

that don't go to the top of the tank.  The vent lines on the top of the tank
were dry.  I recently took the tank down to replace a shift rod bushing.
What could make this happen?
