I was going to buy some damaged fiberglass bumpers from Chris. I asked several times, and he never answered my question: Do these bumpers have their mounting brackets? (note that Chris is far from the only one who doesn't answer questions fully enough... dealers do this too).

I have steel bumpers and cannot get any used parts in this country, so could not buy brackets separately if they had turned out not to be included.

Partly for this reason I backed out of the deal (also I ran short of money during the negotiations, so couldn't but them anyway).

However I wouldn't let this stop me ordering something else from Chris PROVIDED he answered my questions fully.

As far as estimating shipping charges, it's impossible to know just how much it'll be until you take the packaged item in to the PO and put it on their scales. Don't expect a seller to package the item(s) and take them to the PO to mass them, then bring them back home to e-mail you the information!
