The one certain thing about any community is when there is great diversity in
it's membership, things don't always run smoothly. There will be personal
differences between fellow members.

However, I would not let that stop me from meeting with other fellow members
when the proper opportunity arises.

I am contemplating a visit to Hollister but have to evaluate my resources.
I'm trying to decide if my 16" Syncro is ready for anything more than JUST
GETTING THERE. I have not done much work to it and it does not present well.
I am trying to get it ready for Bug-O-Rama in Sacramento on the following
weekend. Frankly, I am a little bit nervous that I may get carried away in
Hollister and break the darn thing before Sacramento.

If you've seen John's Syncro, you can plainly see that it's a different
animal. It's about 4 inches taller than my bone stock 16" Syncro and most of
the offending front & rear bumpers have been hacked off. He has a
Wasserleaker whilst I have a 1.6 turbodiesel. I guess what I'm trying to say
it's it won't be a fair fight. He has new shocks while mine are half rusted
leaking 14" Syncro units. But what the heck it John is up to it, I'll take a
run from HIS SHOP to Hollister and back. No trailers allowed.

Wait next year when I've had more time to prepare. I'll bet I get my List
Sticker affixed to it by then.
