I had a few communications with Chris and he never represented any part to be new. He said he had a lot of used busses and at that I realized that he was selling used parts. If he's got new parts he kept it a secret from me.

When I commented that he must be wrecking out a hundred vans, he said "I have the land and I like VW Vans and busses so I have a lot of them"

If you want to buy from someone else you should do so.

If he's got something I need, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it but with any used part it's mostly buyer beware unless you can just run across town and return it.

Most of my used parts sources guarantee their parts for various time periods but its never "money Back", just another of the same part. I always go prepared to check the part when I buy it wheather it a fuel pump, blower motor, injector and of course there are just visual checks on many parts that is sufficient.

I always cruise my local used parts sources before I start buying from the local VW dealer or Foreign Parts Suppliers.

If it wasn't for used parts many of us would be using our VW Vans And Busses for storage buildings.
