No that is the wrong size and too weak. Vanagons use a 185R14. This is much taller than a 185-70/14. That Sears tire will make your speedo read too high. 195-75/14 is the closest common size and these also have a higher load rating.

I would buy only tires that have at least 2 sidewall plies.
