Subject: Is your vanagon a Daily Driver
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Bought my 91 Vanagon 2.1 in August 2000, with 102K miles, for $5000. Yes, I used it daily. I have found minor problems with mine crop up when it sits; it seems to prefer to be driven daily. By minor problems, I mean moisture settling in the bottom of the tank, which causes poor running until it makes its way through the system. Its pretty peppy as far as vanagons go, I quess. I plan to tow my new boat with it, maybe once or twice a month, on flat land here in NJ- no hills. Hope it holds up!
