Les I'd stick with stock- which i believe is 87c. If you run the cooler t-stat the engine will run cooler... which is ok if you live somewhere where the rig will be getting hot and staying hot- like the desert. Or if you have a tendency to live in stop-and-go traffic you'll want the cooler t-stat to avoid overheating. But the warmer t-stat is what the bus was designed for. It gives great heat in the winter- and summer :-)
