In DE, we only pay when purchasing a vehicle. I think it is 2% of purchase price. After that we pay $20 a year for a sticker that you get after it passes the inspection. Otherwise, DE has no sales tax, but does have an income tax. Jay

Which other states don't have property tax, fee, assesment, bills???? John |
