Drop Ken Wilford at www.vanagain.com a note. He sells kits that give you everything you need, and I think he has also documented the procedure for dropping the tank.

If you are replacing the tank and not just the fuel lines you will probably have to replace your existing filler neck because the new tank probably has a different filler neck size (check when you buy the new tank).
