I am slowly making progress in getting my 84 Westy roadworthy. My latest

problem is that I have no High beam headlights. When I work the lever that controls the headlight beam, I get a click, the headlights go out as long as I hold the lever up and they come back on as soon as I release the lever.

They, howerver, stay on low beam. Is this a symptom of a broken relay or what? What do I look for and how do I test it?
