Sounds like you did a great job of getting that motor lubed up like a pro
before firing her up.  And she busted off right away!
A testament to diesels, folks.  Get that in your heads.  Diesels rule.
Really, all you did was very impressive.  I would like to know who told you
about the idea about spinning the oil pump with a drill.  I thought you
would have to take the pan off.  Circulating oil without even running the
starter -- very nice.


Congratulations, I know you are really excited about the camper.
