I don't think either of these methods work that well. I have tried the commercial one-man bleeding kit and could not get a good solid pedal. Working the pedal (with a helper) is even faster and cheaper--no hose to "gleep" either.

Stan, Good method. I like the concept. You still spent waaaaay too much money and took too long. (1) stick short hose on bleeder (2) open valve (3) stick hose in coffee can (4) keep master full of fluid (5) close valve I don't like the thought of pumping the brakes when there might be chance of air getting sucked back into the lines. I like letting mother nature do the job.:>) Cost ? Rubber hose free---gleeped from a bone yard.
