Mark,

IIRC Bentley is the publisher of the "Official Service Manual" aka "Official
Factory Repair Manual". You're missing a couple more nicknames for that thick
book. Some of people call it "The Bible" and others, that "Big Green
Doorstop". They are all talking about the same book.
