Just a plugged radiator... To be discovered by S.O. while on a road trip with daughters and grandchildren, a thousand miles from home in the middle of August in the of the Nevada desert. Other than that, there's not much downside. Except that you *will* have to fix it right.

The upside is that S.O. was able to drive it home without blowing it up. (I'm *really* proud of her. 40 miles, stop, let it cool back down, repeat as required. For a thousand miles. Needless to say, I'm *really* proud of her. Though she was not a happy camper when she arrived home.)
