Pretty much, I agree with you. I took advantage of WalMarts policy in San Diego last year after having an alternator problem. There are some areas of the country where campgrounds are few and far between. I would never consider a WalMart here in AZ, or in most of the West, but in SoCal, it seems like a great idea.
