Volks,
With all the recent complaints about slow vendors, I would like to share a
positive story.


I needed an entire exhaust for a 1.9l 84 vanagon, so I posted to the list.
Ken at Van-Again responded promptly that he had one and that he could ship
same day for a reasonable price, new.


That was Tuesday......Ken is in NJ, and I am in SC.  One of the items Ken
had to drop ship from a supplier of his.


I received both packages on Thursday.  Regular UPS ground......no ridiculous
shipping fees, no premiums for this fast service.


This sort of service is par for the course with Ken...so, try him in the
future if you have not already.  His efforts deserve more attention from the
listees.
