I just bought some 'Corroless' rust convertor from Eastwood company, I've used the stuff before and have liked it. I also bought some beige seam sealer that they had. Hopefully that will match my beige van.

I plan on carefully digging the old sealer out, without messing up the surronding paint. Carefully brush the Corroless in. Let it dry a few days. Put the beige seam sealer on. Use some touchup paint to blend it all in. I have about 2- 24 inch sections to do.

Previous posters have used a utilty knife to dig the old sealer out. It is like removing house caulk I presume.
