I have over twenty years experience, but every malady is a new adventure. That's why I like these lists. Usually there is someone who is having or has had the very same problem or set of circumstances. I find it useful also to bounce various ideas as to the cause and remedy off other enthusiast. It keeps you thinking.

I just ordered a new F. P. regulator for my 87 Vanagon, but the Vacumn is 12 #+ and the fuel pressure at idle is 33# so I think that unit needs a new FPR.

If I didn't have so many VW's I think I'd have to much time on my hands. This keeps me busy so I don't have time to beat my wife.
