Once I had a nagging no start problem. As it turned out, it was the connection between the battery and the body that was not up to standard. Even the auto electricians did not find it. The ground cable to the body may have no sufficient connection if it is rusty there. Take off, clean up, put back, test, spray on something that will seal it, like tar underbody spray or the likes.
