Hi.. saw your posting..
I'm assuming you had the battery checked and alternator check too??? Have
you tried taking the negative terminal off the battery and connecting a
test light to it? Connect it between the negative cable and the terminal
on the battery. Then if the light is on try disconnecting the alternator
harness. If the light goes out then theres your problem. If it stays on
try the door switches and or cigarette lighter. then got the relays and
pull each on until it goes out. That should steer you to which HARNESS IS
GROUNDING. If the relays don't happen the pull each fuse one at a time
until the light goes out. That should definitely steer you to your
problem. Also remember to turn off all accessories and close all of the
doors if you have door switched interiors. The ignitions should be off.
Your looking for a drain in the system in a "parked" situation. No engine
running . Keep in mind that while your checking the system the test
light MUST be connected between the neg. cable and the neg. terminal on
the battery... like a jumper wire.
hope this helps
