At one time, mine would do that. It turned out to be related to the Aux air valve which is powered by the same circuit as the injectors get their power. The valve was going to ground thus depriving the injectors of their voltage. Try disconnecting the Aux air valve and see if the problem stops occurring. This valve is very hard to get to. It is beneath the black rubber inlet tubing between the AFM and the throttle body. There is a connector directly on the valve or there is a yellow connector on the wires. I even went to the expense of replacing my ECU before I found the real culprit. Good luck, Steve Cotsford, '84 Westy
