Hi List,

  When testing my fuel pressure regulator, when the
engine is hooked to the gauge , it will read 39 pounds
for like 10 minutes after no one messes with it. so,
my buddy switched to a good one that was off of the
Vanagon he drove over and when hooked up to my engine,
his fuel pressure regulator went to 35 pounds while
cranking and once the engine was stopped being cranked
it would go down to 0 pounds pressure in ten seconds.
Should it hold pressure or let it go when it is
cranking and does this sound like a fuel pressure
regulator problem or other?  sorry if it is near
broken fragments, my brain is frazzled from my
workday!!
