I'm starting a vanagon links page that has links to individual articles or
essays on other people's sites.  The purpose of this site is to organize
all the little "how to's" on the WWW on individual,company and personal
websites so that when someone needs info on a topic they can easily search
the links page to find a webpage on the topic of their choosing.
