Man, you poor dude.  I would have been stroking out, literally.  What
bothers me is not that they made a mistake --hell we're all human, but that
they insulted your intelligence.  "Oh there's nothing wrong with it . . ."
Bullcrap.  That was ridiculously lame.  At least, you're lucky the manager
had the guts to go ahead and promise to get you a new tank.  That is worth
something.  Yes, they are lame mechanics to be sure. But in a few months,
he might have some better help.  At least the attitude of the management is
in the right direction.
