Yeah, the 1.9l is STILL running real rich.  I swapped fule pressure regulators for a used, but reportedly serviceable regulator and the engine ran the same (i.e. RICH).  I then put the press. gage back on and found that this regulator was giving pressures IDENTICAL to what my regulator gave.  I then tested with another, supposedly more reliable pressure gage and found that the fuel pressure was within spec!


So now I am waiting for a brand new fuel injection system wiring harness to arrive.  This will be a very expensive test, folks.  Anybody curious as to the results?


Very depressed.  Family vacation down the tubes and the dollars may soon be following it.
