Hi Brian,

My 87 Vanagon has the little VW logo connected to the word VANAGON on the
left side of the hatch.  My 90 has a big VW emblem in the middle of the rear
hatch set into the stamped sheet metal.  What I have noticed from the
Vanagons in my neighborhood, (there are a lot, but not a single list member)!
is that the 89 and up have this larger centered logo.

Hope you find some more Vanagoons out there on the beautiful gulf coast!  I
lived out there for a year and loved it.
