I'll try to help if possible. I missed your previous posts, so if you could update me on the values of fuel pressure, vacuum, and what has been checked.

There is a good post by Mike Finkbiner that covers much of what I've said in the past on the list, but each van is worth individual consideration. One recent discovery was a improperly connected vacuum source on a 1.9. Steve said that the PO had crossed the distributor vacuum and the FPR vacuum, and that not only caused rich running, but bad timing.

Why do you suspect the FI wiring harness, it appears that the injectors are working.

There is a service bulletin regarding replacement of the wire from O2 sensor to the computer.
