Blake,

Possibly the ignition switch, rotor, ground connections, etc. etc. etc. I had this happen to me and it was the rotor that was fried (the cheap black plastic aftermarket - avoid!) although it was intermittent (not as regular as you describe) it evetually completely quit. Another time my van didnt start (would turn over, not fire up) till I jiggled the I-switch wire. Good luck.
