85 Westy  peddle stick
I have an 85 Westy and am having trouble with the gas peddle sticking.
Does anyone out there know of an easy way to remedy this problem.


I also had a problem with the Westy not starting after running it for an
hour or so, and them stopping and when trying to start it , it wouldn't
until I tapped on the starter a few times..
I remedied this problem by installing a relay switch which I bought from
the Bus Boys Inc. in Calif.  (busboys@c-zone.net) for 9.95 plus
shipping. The instructions to install it are with the shipped relay, and
if you have a problem you can call them and they will gladly get you on
track.
