First off, thanks everyone for all their input and suggestions with my van troubles. I have changed the fuel filter. Added techron cleaner and done a tune (plug, wires, air filter) The juttering is less frequent but still happens. Anything else I can do??? I still need to do a oil change. I'm going to add a 20-50 synthetic. The techron ripped through my engine and got rid of so much crap. After I did this the engine in idle was running out of control. I turned the idle down some because it was sending the temperature way up. Is this normal? Solve one problem discover a new one. Right.

I think I have a serious issue with cooling the engine. The temp has consistently rising to the half way point on the temp gauge, but now it more frequently goes past half way when driving it through town. We are planning a trip through Nova Scotia and upwards to newfoundland in August. The tales of the long steep hill along the coast makes me nervous. When my engine starts working on steep hills the temp goes way up and the engine starts knocking. AM I DOOMED FOR A REBUILD OR ARE THERE WAYS AROUND IT? I REPLACED THE HEADS ABOUT 7,000 MILES AGO. I DROPPED SOME GOOD MONEY ON THEM AND WOULD HATE TO HAVE TO DO ANOTHER MAJOR REPAIR. HELP?

Thanks

Justin
