Compressor mounting is different, front codenser is different, drive
pulley on crank is different.
The air cooled kit would be better but you could buy the 85 Water cooled
unit and add the air cooled parts as you find them.
I've got an aircooled system but it is missing the idler pulley for the
compressor.
