GREAT, it's like it's permanently on 'full throttle enrichment' so it boots right along, smoothly once you get some decent RPM's up and it's warmed up. Taking my foot off the pedal doesn't drop speed as fast as I _think_ it should, I suspect totally worn out injectors, oozing fuel steadily between pulses. It will stumble a bit a lower RPM's/light throttle, due to rich mixture I suspect.

tx to all, I've now seen aircooled vanagon and 2.1l wasser manuals online, but nada for the 1.9l, anyone know what that system is actually called, K-jetronic, Motronic? bye, Tim
