A far as Tiico's way of doing business, as long as there is a ready, able and willing buyer to accept their terms, a sale can be consummated. Whether the buyer will feel comfortable with their business practices is another story. If there were no doubts, we would be having this discussion. As I mentioned in my previous post, it is obvious that a number of people have already had transactions w/ Tiico w/o major incident. Otherwise, we would be having another major thread on vendor bashing.
