Volks, When I buy a vanagon or other vw, I count on engine work needing to be done. I do not care whether it is a fresh rebuild(unless it is from Boston Bob). I know the problems of these things, and they are going to happen. Now to me, if someone has done a TIICo, or a Subaru conversion and it looks good............that is a Plus..............I will not be lowballing to count on engine work. Someone else has done that for me. My question would be...and try to figure out........why are they selling? A conversion costs big money, and generally is done only by those that are keeping a car long term. Adam Puzerewski 81 westy 74 beetle 73 Transporter (new!!!!!!!) Vanagon Partsmobiles |
