I too have enjoyed this census thread. A while ago the ex-navy guys were spouting off about their numbers, then it was the photographers. I wondered if I had anything in common with any of you (I was army and I'm pretty much a hacker at photography). What I've discovered is that amazing numbers of you share my interest in bicycles and backpacking. Even some pilots and Christians out there!
Angus Gordon Age: 45 (though I often tell people 43 Earth Years, as I've spent the equivalent of about 2 years "aloft") :-) Occupation: pilot Nationality: Canadian, currently residing in NW Ohio (hence I'm a true alien). Current VW's: '89 Carat and '86 Syncro Interests: Too many to count, but I suppose after God, family and friends I'd list bicycles, backpacking/hiking, airplanes and Vanagon repair (needless to say). I tend to read far too much, and have some strange psychological quirk which requires me to fix all my own stuff - vehicles, airplanes, houses, bicycles, washing machines, computers etc. I suspect I'm not the only one with this flaw on the list - come on, 'fess up! |
