I was recently looking for a replacement gas tank here at the list and got a pm from the Bus Depot, telling me he had them for a nice price. I called them the next day, talked to someone other than Ron and they neither had the tank in stock nor could give me a better delivery date than "approx. two months or so, if at all".

GoWesty shipped it within 24 hours for roughly the same price. Maybe I just understood wrongly "we have it" when they maybe meant "we might be able at some time in the future to get one" due to my limited command of the English language.... I will most certainly call on them again if I need parts, but will not order without a fixed "latest delivery" date.

BTW, since PartsPlace is pretty much next door to us I have been buying small parts from them as well; I am somewhat careful based on some concerns expressed here, but so far have yet to be disappointed with parts, service or friendlyness. Cheers, have a good weekend everyone Chris
