Ok Creep !!

Yep, and you admitted to it ! :>)

Ben, you sit and paper shuffle every day. However there is a tangible object, that you are purveying, and somehow you are delivering that object with the paper shuffling, in a resonable amunt of time. The money appears, and it's a done deal--right?

It's the buyers lock, stock, and barrel.

Or are you shipping these properties direct from the Philipines, with a 100% deposit.

I would like to know what would happen if someone backed out of an order with Mr. Peter----would he refund 100 % of the funds?

Don't go screwing around floating my stuff on the internet-----

Maybe your mobile number might get published by accident!! :>)
