As a matter of fact, I do know that Peter gives 100% refunds. A customer that came to me last year had ordered a kit for her Syncro, but the delivery date got to be too late for her, so she bailed on the order, and received 100% refund. I then installed a Boston Bob engine in her van. Funny thing is, at the same time, in my shop, was another customer's Syncro who wanted a Tiico engine, and he ended up getting the kit (same one the gal ordered!) delivered to me at the same time I was doing the BB engine swap. In my dealings with Peter, he seems to be a great guy, with a great product, and provides great support for that product. He most certainly doesn't deserve the nasty words that have been slung his way, that's for sure!
