Have a receiver type hitch attached to the tow loops---haul around 3 to
4 bicycles, often,

No problem.

How much do you think a bicycle weighs?
30--40 pounds maybe?
If, at the worst case scenario they were 40 lbs. each, and you had 4 of
them on the rack, that would only be 160 lbs. on the tongue---not enough
to give anyone any problems.
